12 months guarantee
We are only satisfied when you are! Therefore, we offer you further voluntary guarantees in addition to your statutory guarantees:
✔ 12-month guarantee: We give you an additional 12-month guarantee so that you are completely covered. If your controller is defective during this time, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please note that the warranty does not unconditionally cover our pads as consumable products: if the pads do not work properly upon delivery, we will of course send you a replacement. However , a decrease in adhesive strength is not a defect and is therefore not covered by our guarantee promise.
