Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fassmer GmbH, Bodify®, Weingartsweg 17d, 40668 Meerbusch, Phone: +49 176 8525 4881, Email: hallo@bodify.me) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website (https://bodify.me/en-eu/pages/kontaktaufnahme-mit-unserem-bodify-team). If you make use of this option, we will promptly (e.g. by email) send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to us or hand them over to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
