What to expect with us:
In our support team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers – making you a key part of our company. Together, we make sure everyone feels well advised, taken seriously, and looked after from start to finish.

Your responsibilities:
📞 Answering customer enquiries – by phone, email, chat and more.
🔧 Solving problems – you find out where things are stuck and provide quick, reliable help.
🤝 Advising customers – you support them in choosing and using our EMS trainers.
❤️ Building relationships – because happy customers don't just come back, they recommend us too.

Team Assistant – Full-time or Part-time – Remote (m/f/d)

What to expect with us:
As our team assistant, you'll be the heart of our company – working behind the scenes to make sure day-to-day life runs smoothly for everyone. You'll be the first point of contact for organisational matters and support the team with your coordination skills.

Your responsibilities:
📅 Organisation & coordination – from appointments and meetings to internal processes.
📞 Communication & correspondence – you're the link between internal teams and external partners.
🧠 Supporting management & teams – you take the load off wherever you're needed.

What does the application process look like?

Simple and transparent:

  1. Send us your application by email to hallo@bodify.me.
  2. We'll review your documents and get back to you within 7 working days.
  3. If it's a good fit, we'll invite you to an initial chat via Google Meet.
  4. If everything feels right on both sides, you'll receive an offer from us. Then it's: welcome to the team!
How long does the application process usually take?

As a rule, only 3 weeks pass between your application and your start date. We review your message carefully and get back to you as quickly as we can.

I've never worked remotely before. How does it work at Bodify?

We want you to be able to work flexibly and freely – comfortably from home. That's why we'll equip you with a MacBook and everything else you need for your day-to-day work.

Even working remotely, you'll stay well connected through regular team meetings and digital tools. So you're part of the team, even without sitting in the office every day.

What will my first week at Bodify look like?

Your start with us – relaxed and well supported.

Your first week is all about settling in and getting to know everyone. That's why we'll invite you to our office in Düsseldorf. There you'll meet your team in person, get a feel for the different areas, and have the chance to ask all your questions.

Step by step, you'll be introduced to your responsibilities – with all the support you need, of course. That way you can ease into your new role at your own pace.
