How does Bodify EMS work?
EMS stimulation uses low-frequency electrical currents that are sent as impulses to your muscles, activating your motor nerves and causing muscle contractions.
Tensing the muscles actively stimulates them, similar to manual training.

How does the training feel?
At the beginning of the session, you’ll feel a gentle tingling. As you increase the intensity, you’ll notice light to stronger muscle contractions – similar to a traditional workout.
