Legal & 30 days right of return
- Within your right of return, you can return part or all of your order back to us. The shipping costs for the return are covered by us and we provide you with a free DHL return label. ➡️ Apply for a return
- If you have ordered your BODIFY® trainers from another dealer, then the return conditions of the respective dealer apply.
- Returns must be processed through us so that we can also assign a return to an order. Returns sent back to us without prior contact may not be properly attributed.

12 months guarantee
- You are completely covered with our guarantee. If something is not working as it should, we are there for you. You can claim our guarantee within 12 months of the date of purchase. Please contact our support for this. We can usually solve 90% of all inquiries within one working day. ➡️ Apply for a guarantee
- Please note that the warranty is limited to pads. Over time, the pads wear out and should be replaced, which is understandably not covered by the guarantee. You can find replacement pads for this in our shop. But if a pad is defective, you are of course covered by our guarantee.
