Processing takes 3–4 business days after receipt. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return a used trainer?

Yes! You can return any trainer within 30 days and we’ll refund your money — no questions asked.
What can I return?

Within your return period, you can return part or all of your order to us. Return shipping is free of charge. We’ll send you a DHL return label.
Bought from another retailer?

If you ordered your BODIFY® trainers from another retailer, the return policy of that retailer applies.
Why does the return need to be processed through us?

Returns must be processed through us so that we can correctly assign them to your order. Returns sent back without contacting us first may not be properly matched to your order.
Warranty & Guarantee

If anything should happen, you’re fully covered by our warranty. If there’s ever an issue with your trainer, we’re here to help. You can make a warranty claim within 12 months of the purchase date.

Simply contact our support team or click on “Make a warranty claim.” We can usually resolve 90% of all requests within one business day.
