We are only satisfied when you are! In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a 30-day right of return for all BODIFY® products. The right of return is subject to the following conditions:

- Within your right of return, you can return part or all of your order back to us. The shipping costs for the return are covered by us and we provide you with a free DHL return label. ➡️ Apply for a return
- If you have ordered your BODIFY® trainers from another dealer, then the return conditions of the respective dealer apply.
- Returns must be processed through us so that we can also assign a return to an order. Returns sent back to us without prior contact may not be properly attributed.
