Bodify EMS User Manual (Pro Series) โ€“ How EMS Training Works at Home

With the Bodify EMS Pro Series, EMS application is now possible at home or on the go. The trainers are designed for personal use and help target specific muscle groups โ€“ for example, to support an active lifestyle.

Everything you should know before your first training session

๐Ÿ‘‰ Familiarize yourself with the user manual. It contains all important information for your training.

๐Ÿ‘‰ The controller also functions as the battery and should be charged before first use. Charging is only possible with the included USB-C cable, and a standard USB adapter should be used.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Your Bauchtrainer Pro has 15 different intensity levels and runs a 25-minute program. Start with the lower levels (level 1โ€“3). These are very gentle to help you gradually get used to the EMS impulses.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Your trainer detects skin contact and automatically starts at the first level (after being turned on). If the controller does not detect skin contact, it will flash blue and switch off after approximately 30 seconds.

Using your trainer

Attach the controller to the trainer (belt) as shown in the image. The controller is held in place magnetically.

โšซ๏ธ Off โ€“ Your trainer is off and not active.
๐Ÿ”ต Blue โ€“ The trainer is active and running the training program. Or your trainer is connected to the charger and fully charged.
๐Ÿ”ต Flashing blue โ€“ Your trainer is on, but no skin contact is detected or the controller is not properly attached to the pad. The trainer will automatically turn off after 30 seconds.
๐ŸŸข Green โ€“ Massage function is active.
๐Ÿ”ด Red / โšช๏ธ White โ€“ Battery is empty and needs charging. Or your trainer is currently charging.

Charging the controller

The controller has a built-in rechargeable battery. You can charge it easily using the included USB-C cable. Thereโ€™s no need to open the controller for charging!

The controller is charging properly when the LED lights up. Once the LED lights up blue, your controller is fully charged. A full charging cycle takes around 2โ€“3 hours. Do not leave the trainer connected to the charger unnecessarily, as this may negatively impact battery performance.

Training process

Once you have properly attached your trainer and are ready to start, activate the controller. After switching it on, the LED will light blue and the stimulation program will begin at the first level. The trainer always starts at level one when turned on.

The program is not static but follows a specific sequence to best stimulate your muscles.

Active and passive training

Your trainer can be used both at rest (passive) or combined with movement (active). We usually recommend a mix of both. How you design your active training is up to you and completely individual. You can move freely during the session or incorporate it into physical activities. For example, you can walk or go for a light jog with your trainer. It can also easily be integrated into everyday routines.

In our online section, youโ€™ll find a selection of possible exercises to inspire your EMS-supported active training. Always pay attention to how you feel and respect your own limits.
