Bodify EMS User Manual (Pro Series) - How to Train with EMS at Home
An even more effective workout at home and on the go with noticeable muscle growth. Ideal for targeted muscle building and a stronger body.
Everything you need to know before your first workout
👉 Familiarize yourself with the user manual. Here you will find all the important information for your training.
👉 The controller also serves as the battery and should be charged before first use. The trainers are charged exclusively with the included USB-C cable, and a standard USB adapter should be used.
👉 Your Pro ab trainer has 15 different intensity levels and runs a 25-minute program. Start with the lower levels (level 1-3). The initial levels are very gentle to help you gradually get used to the EMS impulses.
👉 Your trainer detects if there is skin contact and automatically starts at level 1 (after turning on). If the controller does not detect skin contact, it blinks blue and turns off automatically after about 30 seconds.

Using your trainer
The controller is attached, as shown in the image, to the trainer (belt). The controller is magnetically held in place.
⚫️ Off - Your trainer is turned off and not active.
🔵 Blue - Your trainer is active and running the training program. Or your trainer is connected to power and is fully charged.
🔵 Blue blinking - Your trainer is turned on, but there is no skin contact, or the controller is not properly attached to the pad. The trainer then turns off automatically after 30 seconds.
🟢 Green - The massage function is active.
🔴 Red / ⚪️ White - The battery is empty, and the trainer needs to be charged. Or your trainer is connected to power and charging.
Charging the controller
The controller has a built-in rechargeable battery. You can easily charge the controller with the included USB-C cable. The controller does not need to be opened for charging!
⚠️ Please do not use fast-charging adapters. In such cases, the controller will not accept the charge and will not light up while charging.
The controller charges properly when the LED lights up. Once the LED turns blue, your controller is fully charged. A full charge cycle takes about 2-3 hours. Do not leave the trainer unnecessarily connected to power. This may negatively affect battery performance.
Workout process
After you have properly attached your trainer and are ready for your workout, you can activate the controller. Once activated, the LED lights up blue, and the stimulation program starts at level 1. After turning it on, the trainer always starts at level 1.
The program is not static but follows a specific workout to optimally stimulate your muscles.
Active and passive training
In general, you can design your training as active or passive. We usually recommend a combination of both. How you organize your active training is entirely up to you. You can move freely during training or complement it with additional exercises. For example, you can also use your trainer while walking or taking a stroll. Training can often be incorporated into everyday life.
In our online area, you will find a selection of exercises you can perform during an active EMS workout. This way, you can train additional muscle groups alongside your EMS workout.
