The 10-Week Bodify EMS Test – Experiences with Bodify EMS

In this article, I want to share my personal experience with Bodify EMS. A few weeks ago, I came across Bodify and EMS training for the first time—and decided to test the devices myself over a longer period.

I had been looking for a workout routine that I could integrate into my daily life flexibly and independently of location. Especially on stressful days, it’s important to me to make good use of spontaneous time slots.

That’s why I tested the EMS devices for ten weeks and gained a solid understanding of the Bodify concept. In this report, I share the experiences and observations I made during this time.

The different trainers for each body area

EMS Abs Trainer Pro: I was especially curious about the Abs Trainer. In previous workouts, I had already focused a lot on my core and wanted to find out what the EMS impulses would feel like in that area.

The abs trainer is placed directly on the midsection. At first, it took me a little while to find the right position, but after a few tries, it felt quite straightforward.

What stood out during the ten weeks: I perceived the impulses from the abs trainer as particularly intense—especially in comparison to the other trainers.

Arm & Leg Trainer Pro: Of course, I couldn’t skip the EMS devices for arms and legs. I was particularly interested in how the impulses would feel in these areas and how I could integrate them into my daily routine. Already in the first week, I had a good sense of which intensity levels felt comfortable and how I could adapt the sessions to suit me.

Glutes Trainer Pro: I was also excited to try the Glutes Trainer. Placement and usage were easy and well explained. I quickly felt comfortable with the device and could clearly feel the impulses during use.

My experience over the 10 weeks

Now let’s talk about the ten weeks themselves. I trained with EMS two to three times per week. From the beginning, I had a clear rhythm and a good routine that fit easily into my daily schedule.

Even during the first sessions, I noticed that the impulses from the trainers were clearly noticeable. That’s why I decided to start with a low intensity—level three in my case. That was exactly the right approach for me as a beginner.

I especially felt the first two sessions quite intensely. It took about a week for my body to get used to the training. At the start, my biggest concern was whether I’d find time for the sessions at all. But thanks to the short 25-minute sessions and the easy handling, it was simple to incorporate into my day.

After a few weeks, the sessions became routine: I started my mornings with EMS—without it feeling time-consuming or complicated. The handling was simple, and soon the device became a natural part of my daily life.

Later on, I realized that I could handle slightly higher intensity levels well. In week eight, I decided to upgrade my equipment and ordered a second Arm & Leg Trainer. Initially, I had used the devices alternately, which was a good starting point. But now it was time for the next step, and I was able to train both arms and legs simultaneously.

The delivery was once again fast and smooth—just like with my first order. Great products, quick shipping, and helpful support—the complete package impressed me not just in theory but also in practice.

Then week ten arrived. I didn’t even realize how fast the time flew by. Above all, EMS training became a fixed part of my daily life—and I could hardly imagine being without it anymore. In the final week, I used the devices at intensity level seven—a clear jump from starting at level two. That progression reflected how accustomed I had become to the impulses and how natural the sessions had become for me.

The ten weeks were a fascinating experience. What I took away from this time was a better awareness of my body, more structure in my day—and the insight that technology can be truly supportive when it integrates well into everyday life.
