12 weeks of EMS training, 12 weeks of consistent workouts, and a clear focus on personal goals.
I had heard a lot about EMS training before. There were offers at my gym, but I never really dared to try it. Then I discovered Bodify and the opportunity to test EMS training easily at home.

I wanted to integrate a consistent muscle activation routine into my life – without having to visit the gym every day. Since a strict training schedule can be challenging to manage, EMS training offered the flexibility I was looking for to support my daily activity.
But what was my experience after 12 weeks with Bodify? Here’s my experience from the past few months. I’ll take you along on my Bodify EMS journey and share the impression this training method has left on my daily routine.
What did the 12 weeks look like in practice? And how do I feel now after my journey with Bodify? Here are my personal insights.
About Me
My name is Maria and I’m 35 years old. I’ve always enjoyed sports, but in recent years, I’ve let it slip a bit.
I simply lacked the time and motivation. Training with weights became too monotonous, and by the time I got home in the evening, I didn’t have the energy to start a workout.
That’s why I wanted to try EMS training – to bring joy back into exercise and establish a routine I enjoy. I also wanted to create a training method that fits naturally into my routine.
I did the EMS training at home using the Bodify trainers. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first.
Could a home-based training using electrical impulses really be all I needed to reach my training goals? But I was curious from the start and finally wanted to find out for myself.
My Daily Routine with EMS
It was important for me not to rely solely on EMS training. I wanted a mix of regular movement and training to keep things interesting.
That’s why I also focused on balanced nutrition to support me along the way. I aimed to combine different exercises as well. Besides the two to three EMS sessions, I went jogging twice a week.
For me, EMS training at home worked best as part of a balanced routine that included mindful eating and workouts. Jogging was the best choice for me, as I love being outdoors to clear my mind. This variation helped me build a routine that kept me engaged.
I wanted to stay consistent for 12 weeks and observe how the routine felt for me. Since fitness and movement had taken a back seat for me before this EMS journey, I was curious how it would affect my daily life.
I often fit in EMS training spontaneously at home. I quickly got used to using the trainers, so starting each session was simple. Even in the evening, I could complete a session and check off my workout for the day.
I rarely felt like I couldn’t fit in two to three sessions per week, because it was so easy to implement. That’s a huge plus for me.
The impulses were clearly noticeable during training, and I could still feel the muscle activation the next day — especially after core, glute, or arm sessions.

The Journey with Bodify: Consistent & Sustainable?
The 12-week development with Bodify EMS training at home was consistent. I noticed early on that this is just like any other training routine.
Throughout the 12 weeks, I observed how my muscle awareness improved step by step.
I could feel the activation in each targeted muscle group. What fascinated me most was actually being able to feel the progress little by little.
I realized that consistent training pays off and real progress is possible. Looking back, that motivated me even more to continue with my active daily routine, jogging, and Bodify workouts at home.
Home EMS training is a sustainable method. I quickly noticed how it differs from other methods I had tried. After each session, I could feel the muscle engagement even more clearly. After four or five weeks, I started feeling more familiar and consistent with the training.
For me, EMS training has been a very positive experience, helping me develop a more conscious awareness of my muscle activation.
