The Arm & Leg Trainer Max is the evolution of the Arm & Leg Trainer Pro and has numerous new features. The two biggest differences are the new A4 chip and an improved belt design. Thanks to the new technology, the Arm & Leg Trainer Max enables even more targeted muscle activation. In addition, the Arm & Leg Trainer Max integrates two further, completely new training programmes into your training. Does EMS training really work?
