Before you start your training, you should make sure that your skin is free of lotion or residue. This ensures that the trainers stick perfectly to your skin even during intense use.
Can I clean the pads?

Every now and then you can wash the pads under cold water and let them air-dry. Remember to remove the controller beforehand.
