      EMS at home or in a studio? What’s the right choice?

      With Bodify, you train on your own and can get to know EMS training in your own time. You save the high costs and, with regular use, can feel noticeable muscle activation. The effectiveness of your training at home is in no way inferior to that in a studio!

      How long does a training session last?

      A training session lasts 25 minutes. You can choose from 15 different intensity levels before or during the program. Our trainers guide you through a varied training program suitable for both beginners and advanced users.
      Delivery Time: What does delivery in 2-4 days mean?

      Shipping is handled directly from Germany via DHL.
      You will receive a tracking number with every order.
