      Does EMS training really work?

      Bodify uses electrical stimulation of the muscles to create active muscle contractions – similar to manual training. This allows your muscles to be specifically targeted and activated.

      How quickly can results be felt with EMS training?

      With regular training, you will be able to feel your muscles being activated. How quickly you notice these changes varies from person to person.

      Does the body use energy during EMS training?

      EMS training activates the muscles through electrical impulses. This creates muscle work – similar to manual training. The goal is targeted and effective muscle stimulation through electrical impulses.

      EMS at home or in the studio – which is the right choice?

      With Bodify, you train on your own and can get to know EMS training in your own time. You save the high costs and, with regular use, can feel noticeable muscle activation.

      How long does a training session last?

      A training session lasts 25 minutes. You can choose between 15 different intensity levels before or during the programme. Our trainers run through a varied training programme suitable for both beginners and advanced users.
